Monaco won the Division B Tournament in Keczkemet
In the term of a nice finale, Monaco, led 0-19 at half-time, won 28-26 against the Hungarian hosts. The princely team will play in 2014 in Division A.

Belgium - Pole position for the referees
The Referees Committee of Belgium (CAB) has proposed to FIRA/AER to organise a workshop with Philippe Marguin from FIRA-AER. This workshop was held from 11 to 12 May. After the first workshop in January 2013 on game continuity, Philippe Marguin came to coach 3 young referees and assistant referees on 3 games organised during the current week-end.

England - IRB/FIRA-AER Trainer & Educator Courses, Nottingham
In Nottingham (EN) from 30th April to 3rd May, there were 4 participants for the Trainer Course from England and Scotland who practised their new found skills on 20 Educator Course delegates from England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales. The objective of the Courses was to train further Trainers & Educators from these unions that can support the IRB/FIRA-AER Training & Education Support “TES” Adoption scheme.

From IRB Correspondant - Despite focusing on the last round of Women's Rugby World Cup qualifiers on Saturday, players and coaches from the six international teams involved took time out to bring Rugby to the next generation of players in Madrid.

The Team Captains met for the traditional start of Tournament with the Captain’s Photo in Madrid with the Tournament Winner’s Trophy. The Manager’s have also had their initial meeting to discuss tournament details with the Tournament Officials.

In Stade des Alpes Grenoble (FR) and facing to a superb crowd of 12 000 people, England U18 wins the Trophee Justin Bridou European championship Elite. The game was outstanding to France for a final score of 27 - 22.

The U18 Justin Bridou is in full swing in the Comité des Alpes: the quarter finals of all three divisions were held on Friday 22nd & Saturday 23rd March. Surprises or indredible performances need to be reported. The programme of the semi-finals is now known.

On 20th March 2013 Hungarian Rugby Football Union had new vote for the next 4 years. Mr. Pál Túri was the only candidate for President and he elected by 100% support.

Georgia is European Champion for 2013 after his important draw in Romania. The game was difficult, engaged and interresting till the end, without winner but with an European Champion: Georgia (better GA in pool games).
